MAGA Youth Remain Pro-Israel, Free Beacon Poll Shows
Plus, why firing those who cheer on Charlie Kirk's assassination isn't cancel culture
The kids are alright: Influencers like Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, and Nick Fuentes may be popular among young conservatives, but their anti-Israel views aren’t, a Washington Free Beacon-Echelon Insights poll found.
Of the 1,000 young conservatives and Trump voters surveyed, an overwhelming majority have a positive view of Israel and support Donald Trump's handling of the U.S.-Israel relationship. For all their fulminating against the Jewish state, 54 percent of Carlson's listeners and 58 percent of Owens's listeners have a favorable view of the Jewish state, suggesting that young people may be tuning in, but they aren’t being persuaded.
Even those who listen to the white nationalist Nick Fuentes, who has described Israel as "the anti-Christ" and accused the Jewish state of staging the Oct. 7 terrorist attack, support Israel by a one-point margin, 38 to 37 percent.

Fire them all: Axios, the Washington Post, and the Associated Press, they’re all concerned about the right’s dangerous embrace of “cancel culture” in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination. Axios even says it’s one of four “ominous trends”—the other three are “high-profile assassinations,” “school shootings,” and “calls for violence.”
Right. This isn’t “cancel culture,” it’s gaslighting. Cancel culture aimed to establish new norms of speech and debate, like the notion that publishing an op-ed arguing for a mainstream policy was inappropriate because it put employees of the New York Times in physical danger. Cheering the murder of our political opponents has long been outside the bounds of acceptable political discourse.

So long, Karen: The Washington Post has finally ridded itself of Karen Attiah, the "left-wing journalist best known for her jacked physique, passionate support for anti-Semitic terrorism, and searing columns about why Republicans are racist," our Andrew Stiles reports.
Attiah announced her termination on Monday with a self-righteous screed published to Substack, which was accompanied by a professional photograph of the buff columnist posing in front of the Washington Post headquarters with a rose in her mouth and a newspaper torch in her hand. But there was smoke before that announcement: Attiah recently scrubbed her Bluesky bio to remove her affiliation with the Post and began teasing new career opportunities, writing, "Would any of yall be interested in lefty martial arts training? I mean political lefties !"
In the meantime, Attiah isn't just planning to teach "lefty" martial arts—she's also started teaching online classes examining "the intersection between race, national identity, and the mass media in today's global world order." Her current reading list includes titles like Women in the Martial Arts and The Warrior Within: The Philosophies of Bruce Lee.

In other news:
The Democratic Party is not ok: A poll from the left-wing organization Data for Progress found Democratic voters "view elected officials who describe themselves as democratic socialists about as positively as those who identify as Democrats, and they prefer democratic socialism to capitalism when written definitions of each are read aloud to them."
The FBI arrested two men, Adeeb Nasir and Adil Justice Ahmed Nasir, who lit an incendiary device underneath a local Fox News vehicle parked roughly an hour away from the site of Charlie Kirk's assassination. Would you be shocked to hear the Associated Press omitted mention of their names?
Tone deaf: A Democratic Senate hopeful held a campaign event at a Dallas church on Sunday as its pastor, Rev. Frederick Haynes III, attacked Charlie Kirk as a "hate-filled" white supremacist and cast doubt on his Christian faith. Haynes gave Colin Allred a shout-out shortly thereafter.
Politico castigated Utah governor Spencer Cox (R.) on Sunday for “misgendering” Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson’s transgender roommate/boyfriend. On Monday, the publication referred to Robinson himself as "they.” For shame!

It's not cancel culture. Can't Claim being American Running Around Playing Communist Manifesto

"As a Jewish convert to Orthodox Christianity with a fairly wide set of historical books under my belt, it troubles me to see some hierarchs and channels following the world's narrative about "anti-Semitism" and all the things that have been done to "combat anti-Semitism." I'll tell you directly, as a 100% pure blooded Ashkenazi man, how to fix "anti-Semitism:" Anti-Semitism will end when faithless Jews leave other groups of people alone and stop trying to transform their nations and cultures in ways that invariably harm the populations in question. It is really not that complicated.”
